When the opportunity arose to continue the legacy of Skyview Farm, our family knew we couldn’t let it pass by. We believe it’s important for families to know where their food comes from and to have a trusted local farm where they can connect with those who produce it.

Today, Skyview Farm is a micro-dairy and creamery nestled in the rolling plains of southeast Kansas. Our small herd of pasture-raised Jersey cows is at the heart of everything we do. Their health, comfort, and well-being are our highest priorities because we believe exceptional milk begins with exceptional animal care.

From our fresh raw Jersey milk to our cultured dairy products and carefully selected aged cheeses, every product we offer reflects our commitment to cleanliness, craftsmanship, and taking the time to do things right. We believe that food is medicine, that nature provides us with remarkable nourishment, and that whole, minimally processed foods have an important place at every family’s table.
