About Skyview Farm

                             We are a homeschooling family of 5 taking care of our 80 acre farm in rural Pleasanton, Kansas. In addition to chickens and turkeys, we also have Boer goats, beef cows, several cats, and a few  Jersey dairy cows.

Pastured Poultry
Our poultry is all pasture raised in portable shelters moved twice a day. The flocks are fed a natural grain diet, free of antibiotics or growth stimulants. They enjoy scratching and pecking through the grass as they improve our pesticide and herbicide-free pasture.

Range Free Eggs
We have what we think are the best eggs around. Free ranging hens lay eggs that are high in conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), folic acid and omega-3 fatty acids while low in the "bad" cholesterol. These eggs are as nutritious as they are delicious. The yolks are bright yellow and stand up in the pan. Our hens happily search for tasty bugs, clovers and other tidbits while fertilizing the grass.
